1. Scope

For all deliveries of SANIMIX24 to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these terms and conditions (AGB).

3. Offer and Conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order apply dar. All offers are "while stocks last", if not in the products otherwise noted. Subject to Errors.

3.2 By clicking the button in the last step of the ordering process, you place a binding order in the basket of goods. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Cancellation, revocation, withdrawal effects

Consumers have a right of withdrawal to the following terms, and consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity may be attributed to:

Consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the impairment is only on the test - as they would in a retail store - is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the goods caused by the goods as your property and everything that could reduce its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. General Information
1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Return the goods if possible back in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. Use protective if the repackaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide a suitable package for adequate protection from shipping damage.

2. Send back the goods if not possible unfree us. We will reimburse you also like to request in advance the cost of postage, unless they are borne by you.

3. Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right to cancel.

5. Price and shipping

5.1 The stated on the product pages include the VAT and other price components.

5.2 The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipment and are in front of you submitting your order clearly communicated. An overview on the side shipping.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery takes place in all countries listed on the site SHIPPING to the relevant delivery costs.

6.2 The delivery time is usually 3 working days. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page.

7. Payment

7.1 The payment is either by cash, paypal or bank transfer.

7.2 If the advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order and deliver the goods after payment.

7.3 The right to set off is available only if your claims are legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.

7.4 You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment the goods remain our property.

9. Warranty

The warranty is subject to legal requirements.
